Penelitian ini mengkaji tradisi Baremah Adat Binua Dait suku Dayak di Dusun Bareh, Kalimantan Barat, serta integrasinya dengan ajaran Katolik dalam konteks Gaudium et Spes Art. 40. Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari interaksi antara budaya lokal dan agama Katolik di kalangan masyarakat Dayak, yang telah lama menjalankan tradisi Baremah sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya mereka. Masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana elemen-elemen budaya Baremah diadaptasi dalam kerangka iman Katolik, terutama dalam perspektif inkulturasi yang dinyatakan dokumen Gaudium et Spes. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami proses sinkretisme yang terjadi antara tradisi Dayak dan agama Katolik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagai aspek tradisi Baremah telah disesuaikan dengan ajaran Katolik, seperti penggunaan istilah "Jubata" yang diakui sebagai Tuhan dalam konteks Katolik. Proses ini mencerminkan dinamika sinkretisme yang mencakup dialog dan adaptasi antara budaya lokal dan ajaran agama. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana identitas budaya dapat dipertahankan dalam konteks agama baru, serta dampak sinkretisme terhadap pengalaman religius masyarakat Dayak.
