Theology in a Post-Pandemic Age

Esai ini adalah upaya untuk mengeksplorasi dampak pandemi global Covid-19 terhadap Gereja dan, dalam konteks ini, untuk merenungkan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana seharusnya berteologi di zaman pasca-pandemi. Penulis membaginya dalam tiga bagian: pertama, refleksi tentang pentingnya pandemi Covid-19; kedua, refleksi lebih lanjut tentang dampak pandemi terhadap misi Gereja; dan ketiga, eksplorasi tentang bagaimana teologi harus dilakukan di era pasca-pandemi. Artikel ini mengusulkan bahwa teologi di zaman pasca- pandemi harus dilakukan dalam KERENDAHAN HATI, METAFORA, SOLIDARITAS, DIALOG, dan dengan pandangan MISI. Teologi semacam itu diharapkan akan membentuk dan memajukan Gereja yang misinya akan membantu membangun dunia kita bukan atas dasar kekuasaan, kendali, persaingan, dan akumulasi kekayaan, melainkan atas kelembutan hati, kasih sayang, solidaritas, dan berbagi sumber daya.
